Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at kurdistanunited.cbrand@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Items returned without approval will not be accepted. We will provide a shipping label and instructions once your return is approved.
Damages & Issues
Check your items when they arrive. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Beauty/personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once approved, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take extra time. If you don’t receive your refund after 15 business days, contact us at kurdistanunited.cbrand@gmail.com.
